We’re currently looking for an experienced automotive detailer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience performing full details, paint correction, and ceramic coating applications. Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality full details, paint correction, and ceramic coating services
- Prep and protect vehicles to ensure consistent, showroom-level results
- Maintain organization, cleanliness, and proper use of shop tools and chemicals
- Communicate professionally with clients and teammates
- Assist with quality control and help train junior technicians when needed
- Represent Bob’s Auto Gleam with professionalism, care, and pride
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in detailing, paint correction, and ceramic coating
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be 18+ years old
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in craftsmanship
- Comfortable working both in-shop and occasionally mobile/on-site
- iPhone or Android required for scheduling and communication
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20 – $27 per hour (DOE) + commissions + tips
